      I Believe it's Valentine's Day

      Valentine's Day, the day we recognize love ones.  May we use this day to gladden the hearts of others. This is a FUN day and as a child it is often memorable.  May we approach this day as kids have through the ages...delightfully giving Valentine's and being expressive.

      As adults we rush to get a card, buy flowers, candy or a gift.  I love receiving as well as giving, for they are both the same...when we give we receive, when we receive we have allowed another to gift of us. I hope we all get better at that...the act of giving and receiving love, appreciation, real respect for who one is and what they mean.

      Happy Valentine's Day to all of you out there.  I hope you have a day that is heartfelt and overflowing with unexpected joy and love.

      May we love more today...see others as they wish to be seen, gladden their hearts.
